NOTE: You'll need to either buy a Polaris oil change kit, or purchase a Polaris oil filter and a few quarts of Polaris PS-4 oil separately.
Changing Polaris RZR Turbo Oil
Step 1. Have an oil pan ready and remove the oil drain bolt. The bolt is a 6mm Allen located beneath the engine, accessible through the floor skid plate. Let the old oil drain out completely, then clean any metal filings from the drain bolt and reinstall it.
Step 2. Remove the old oil filter, which is accessible from under the rear wheel well. Have some rags ready to catch any oil that spills from the filter as you remove it.
PRO TIP: If you regularly change your oil filter, you should be able to remove it by hand. If the filter hasn't been replaced for a while, you might need to use an oil filter wrench to break it loose.
Step 3. Put a smear of oil around the O-ring of the new Polaris oil filter before installing it.
Step 4. Refill the motor with 2.3 quarts of Polaris PS-4 oil. The oil filler cap is located under the access panel in the rear compartment.
Step 5. Run the engine for about half a minute, then switch it off and check the oil level on the dipstick, which is also located under the rear wheel well. If necessary, top off the oil until it is at the correct level on the dipstick and you're done.
