Tires, Oversized & Overweight Items Oversized and heavy packages may be held for additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees and or cancel the order associated with oversized or heavy items, or any other limitations. If this happens, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed, along with an option to cancel your order.
Hazardous Materials Hazardous materials must be shipped ground and cannot be expedited.
Hazardous materials are prohibited in international mail and cannot be sent outside the contiguous 48 United States. The most common products include aerosols, anti-freeze, asbestos, fertilizers, motor oil, paint, paint supplies, oil/lubricants, batteries, photo chemicals, poisons, and solvents.
HI, AK, PR, and U.S. Territories Free shipping policies do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory outside the continental United States.
Some areas of AK and HI may incur a remote area surcharge based on zip code. A customer service representative will contact you if additional funds are required.

There are limitations regarding the shipment of the following items internationally: Lower Unit Assy's, Powerheads, Top Cowlings, Gear Cases, Paint, Oils/Lubricants, Batteries, and other products that exceed the maximum weight and girth of the specific country the product is being sent to.
APO and FPO Addresses Orders with APO and FPO addresses should reference our U.S. Expedited Shipping Rates and Policy (GU, VI & U.S. Protectorates). You will be able to see APO/FPO Shipping Rates in the checkout before you place your order.
PO Box Addresses Generally, orders shipping to PO Box addresses are not eligible for our expedited shipping method. Orders shipping to PO Boxes in AK, HI, PR, VI, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories can be expedited and are the one exception.
Weekend & Holiday Delivery We are open on most holidays and will still process orders. However, if the shipping carriers or manufacturers are closed for a holiday, we will not be able to ship or receive orders on those days. See our Holiday Shipping Schedule.
Important Domestic Shipping Notices
Shipment Tracking All packages will receive a tracking number. If you think your package has been lost in transit, call customer service. We cannot file a claim on a package prior to expected delivery, or later than 90 days after expected delivery.
Refusal of Packages If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.
Special Instructions If you wish to give your mail courier special instructions, such as "leave package on back porch," please call customer service to place your order. Special instructions are only allowed with expedited orders, and cannot be made for Standard Shipping orders.
Delays Beyond Our Control Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.
Deliveries to Hotels When requesting delivering to a hotel, if the front desk refuses the package for any reason you will be responsible for the original delivery charges as well as any charges required to reship the package.
Lost Packages On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may be lost in transit by the postal carrier. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.
Fraud Fraudulently reporting that a package was not received or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime.

Tracking International Shipments Priority International Shipping and Express International Shipping are affordable ways to send packages weighing 70lbs. or less to international destinations. Both shipping methods offer tracking numbers that become active approximately 48 hours after your order is shipped. You will receive your tracking number via email.
Delivery Times Deliveries generally arrive in 4-10 business days for Priority International Shipping, and 4-8 business days for Express International Shipping, although we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
Customs Charges Any duties, taxes, brokerage, or other import fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Country Limitations Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola (Cabinda); Belarus; Bosnia; Burma; Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); Croatia; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Herzegovina; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Liberia; Libya, Moldova; Montenegro; Nigeria; North Korea; Paraguay; Republic of the Congo (Zaire); Serbia; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Syria; Togo; Yemen; Zimbabwe or any other country that is or may become embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
APO & FPO Addresses Please enter the "APO" or "FPO" in the city field. In the state field enter "AE" for Europe, Canada, Africa or the Middle East, "AA" for Americas and "AP" for Asia or the Pacific. The country field should always be the "United States". All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed and shipped. Some destinations may take up to 22 days. Hazardous materials and other restricted items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO destinations.
Limitations For products sent internationally, please take note that any manufacturer warranty may not be applicable; manufacturer repair options may not be accessible; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in your country's language; the merchandise may not be made in agreement with your country's standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the merchandise may not obey the guidelines to your country's voltage and other electrical standards. You are accountable for declaring that the merchandise can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from The Outdoor Network, the recipient is responsible and must conform to all laws and regulations of that country.
Privacy Your privacy is imperative to us, and we know that you may have concerns about how information about your order is handled and shared.
