Q) What's your COVID-19 Shipping Policy?
A) As of 10/28/20 we are currently Shipping International Orders to the following countries only: Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Guan, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, U.S. Virgin Islands. If your country is NOT on this list, we remain unable to ship orders to your destination due to COVID-19 shipping restrictions. We appreciate your patience! Learn More.
Q) Is my online transaction secure?
A) When you use your credit card to purchase items using our website, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our server uses SSL technology, a protocol that encrypts communication between the Partzilla.com web server and your browser to safeguard your personal information and guarantee privacy. SSL encryption technology works with all browsers. We never store raw magnetic strip, card validation code, or PIN block data.
Q) Is it secure to pay using PayPal?
A) When you check out using PayPal, you are sharing your payment information directly with PayPal; Partzilla will never see or in any other way have access to your PayPal account credentials, or your credit card, debit card or Venmo information. If a customer feels one of their payment accounts have been compromised after paying with PayPal, the customer should directly communicate with PayPal customer service. There is no way for payment information submitted to PayPal to be accessed, hacked or otherwise jeopardized via the Partzilla payment vault.
Q) How do I know if an item is in stock?
A) You can see the stock status of parts and accessories on each individual product page. Simply navigate to the product using the site search or the diagram page for OEM parts. Directly below the quantity selection area you will see stock availability information. In stock items will ship the same day, or the following business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days, but may take 7 or more business days (exact time frame will be noted on the product page).
Q) How can you sell so cheap?
A) Partzilla.com is known for its deep discounted prices. We accomplish this by buying in bulk and keeping our distribution centers stocked. Buying in bulk saves us money, and we pass that savings onto you, the customer.

A) Yes! We ship to 100+ countries worldwide, and offer low-cost $7.99 shipping to 25 countries. See our International Shipping Rates and Policies.

Q) Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
A) Yes! Just enter the APO or FPO in the city field. In the state field enter AE for Europe, Canada, Africa or the Middle East, AA for Americas and AP for Asia or the Pacific. The country field should always be the United States. All shipments to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Q) Do the products sold by you come with a warranty?
A) As a seller of power equipment, we purchase from several hundred manufacturers. Most of these manufacturers have a warranty for their product line, a copy of which is available upon request. Contact us for a copy of a specific manufacturer's warranty information. Partzilla.com does not offer warranties, expressed or implied, other than what is offered by the manufacturers.
Q) Will other dealers honor the warranties on units sold by Partzilla.com?
A) Yes, the warranties are through the manufacturers and, therefore, any manufacturers' dealer in the U.S. must honor the warranty.
Q) Is shipping included in your prices?
A) Shipping to the customer's location is extra and will be priced according to the size and weight of the order and the order destination zip code. See our Shipping Policies for information specific to your order and location

All personal identifying information is treated confidentially by Partzilla.com and is never shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to any third party.
