Price Match Details

  • Remains valid for a full 30 days after you purchase your items.
  • Valid on OEM parts sold online only.
  • Valid 365 days a year with no blackout dates.
  • Item to be price matched must be in-stock at time of price match request
  • Valid for U.S. and International customers, but price match must be against an online retailer that is located within the U.S.

How Our Price Match Guarantee Works


Step 1. If you see an identical OEM item at a lower price on another online retailer’s site simply get in touch with us and -- if the items is in stock on both sites -- we’ll match the price. We can only price match online competitors located within the US, and we can only price match in-stock OEM parts.  



Step 2. Call our customer service team at 1-877-473-4595 and give the customer care rep the web address showing the lower price. 



Step 3. One of our customer care specialists will verify that the advertised item qualifies under our Price Match Guarantee terms and conditions. The customer specialist will then complete your transaction at the matched price or refund you the matched price difference if you are matching an item purchased in the last 30 days. What Qualifies for a Price Match

Qualifying Retailers

  • We match online OEM parts retailers that are based in the United States and show prices online in U.S. dollars.
  • The retailer must not be a third party-seller. These include third-party sellers on, auction or bid websites such as eBay, discount/closeout websites, or classified sites such as Craigslist. 

Qualifying Items


  • Items qualify for a price match at the time of purchase and for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • Item must be an OEM part and in stock at time of price match. 
  • Competitor’s item must be identical to the Partzilla item, including brand, model number, part number, size, material, color and finish.
  • Competitor price to be matched must not violate Minimum Authorized Price (MAP) policy pricing. Partzilla cannot sell any parts below Minimum Authorized Price (MAP) price.
  • Competitor’s item must be available to ship directly to customer’s location by competitor. We do not match prices for “pickup” orders.
  • Competitor’s item must show a verifiable price online at the time the price match is requested.
  • Competitor’s item must not be clearance, refurbished, open-box, closeout, damaged, obsolete, or part of a "doorbuster," liquidation, or going-out-of-business sale.
  • The competitor’s item must not be a custom-made or an individually configured item

Shipping Costs


Our Price Match Guarantee does not include shipping fees. Prices are matched only on the cost of the competitor’s item itself (“unit price”), not any additional costs for shipping. In other words, we match the exact price of the item cent for cent. We are not concerned with the cost of the competitor’s shipping fee and price matching an item will not affect your Partzilla shipping rate in any way. 


Sales Tax


Prices are matched based on the pre-sales tax price of the item. If you live in a state that requires the addition of sales tax, tax will be applied at checkout 

Other Exclusions

  • Price Match Guarantee is not valid on pricing errors made by competitors.
  • Price Match Guarantee is not valid for item included in bundle offers, gift card offers, credit card offers, BOGO offers, mail-in rebates, emailed or verbal discounts, competitor’s coupons, credit or finance offers, employee, military or senior citizen discounts, or any pricing that violates a manufacturer’s Minimum Authorized Price (Minimum Authorized Price (MAP)) policy.
  • Price Match Guarantee is not valid with manufacturers’ coupons.
  • Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any additional promotions or discounts.
  • Quantities of price matches may be limited at the sole discretion of Partzilla.
  • Requests for price matches are assessed and rewarded at the sole discretion of Partzilla.
  • Additional exclusions may apply to Mercury Marine items.
